An enroller will reach out to you. They will help you understand which benefits you are eligible for, enroll you in free or subsidized health insurance, and other benefits, like CalFresh.
If you have legal questions about public benefits or public charge, a lawyer will help you.
Your Privacy Is Important: The information you enter on this website will not be sold and only will be shared between the organizations that make us BAILA Network, and their third-party evaluator. This information may also be used for reporting purposes to our funders. It WILL NOT be shared with any government agencies.
Consent for Referrals: By filling out this form you agree that it is okay for the BAILA Network partners to share your information with other BAILA Network partners for the purpose of providing you with more help. For example, an enroller for Medi-Cal may refer you to a different enroller for CalFresh, or to a free legal services attorney to help with a legal problem.
When you submit the form, a confirmation message will be sent to you by email or text. This message will let you know the name of the BAILA enroller that will call you to assist you.
